Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value and regardless of cart size.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Estimated in-transit time is 5–12 business days.
Estimated total delivery time is 7–16 business days, starting once your order enters processing.
Delivery times may vary depending on your delivery address.
How does the order cut-off time work?
Orders with confirmed payment before 2:00 PM (GMT, UTC+0) begin processing the same business day. Orders confirmed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment. You can also check the status in your account area or on our tracking page. If you don't receive this email within 24 hours of dispatch, contact us at info@calwryn.com.
What happens if I'm not home to receive my order?
If your parcel is returned due to your unavailability at the time of delivery, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. If a new shipping cost applies, you'll be informed before any charge is made.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, and express checkout options including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
What currency do you use?
All payments are processed in GBP (£).
Is payment secure?
Yes. All data traffic between your browser and our server is encrypted via SSL. We do not store any sensitive card data (number, expiry date, or CVV) on our servers — this information is processed directly by our payment gateway, in a secure, isolated environment.
Why is my payment showing as "under review"?
Orders showing signs of suspicious or unauthorised activity may go through an additional verification step before approval, to protect the cardholder against fraud. For higher-value purchases, extra identity confirmation may also be requested. You'll be notified of your order status once verification is complete.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on eligible items.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Please contact us at info@calwryn.com before returning any item, with your order number and the reason for your request. Once approved, we'll email you a free return label to download and print. After we receive and inspect the item, you can choose between an exchange or a full refund.
I received a defective item, what do I do?
Contact us at info@calwryn.com with your order number and photos or videos clearly showing the issue. Once validated, you can choose between an exchange for an equivalent product or a full refund, with no shipping cost to you.
Who pays for return shipping?
We cover the full cost of return shipping in all cases — whether the reason is a defect, damage, an incorrect item, or simply a change of mind. We do not charge any restocking or administrative fee.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after your returned item is received and inspected, using your original payment method.
