  • Transit time: once dispatched, courier transit time is 5–12 business days (Monday to Friday), varying depending on the destination.
  • Estimated total delivery time: 7–16 business days, combining processing and transit time.
  • Delivery partners: we work with couriers offering wide national coverage. The carrier is selected automatically by our system, prioritising the safest and fastest option for your address.
  • Tracking: once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automatic email with a tracking code and link. You can also check delivery status in your account area or on our order tracking page. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours of dispatch, or have questions about your delivery, contact us at info@calwryn.com.
  • Address responsibility: if a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or the recipient's unavailability, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Where a new shipping cost applies, you will be informed before any charge is made.
  • Damaged or lost parcels: if you notice visible damage to the packaging upon delivery, please refuse the parcel.
